TENANCY MANAGEMENT

Apartment general tenancy on demand: organize and coordinate property repairs & improvements, review bills, provide assistance with questions about tennancy related issues (during business hours), coordinate appliances maintenance, review and approve suppliers invoices according to costs forecasts, send invoices to client companies (either for approval, payment or for their records). Notify transferee and client company in a timely manner that lease must be renewed/ extended/ resolved, annual leaves registration, inflation increase calculation, condo charges balance (no lease renewal assistance), coordinate suppliers-contractors. Data recording and tracking. Any conflict with Landlord/Real Estate Agency/ providers/ Contractors, is not included in the service, as becoming legal assistance.

Apartment utilities expenses administration: (funds transfer in advance according to HTLC estimation)
Garage search (contacts and price cheks): up to 4 hours
Garage search including lease contract negotiation
Apartment extraordinary cleaning and/or paiting scheduling
Research & outsourcing agreement assistance and /or housekeeping/babysitting

Outsourcing/Lease/Service supply agreements administration: any check / audit and conflict management related to this possible assistance is managed by our law firm; up to the value of the contract of € 10.000 a flat fee is available; over such value a preliminary time estimation will be delivered on demand based on hourly fee.
