ISO 9001:2015 · SGS
ISO 9001:2015 is the world's most widely adopted standard for quality management systems. SSAE 18 Type II
SSAE 18 is the US framework (issued by the AICPA) for assurance over the controls of a service organization — System and Organization Controls, or SOC. The "Type II" designation means the audit does not capture controls at a single point in time, as a Type I would, but tests their operating effectiveness over a period, typically at least 12 months. It is often the requirement set by client companies — particularly US multinationals — before entrusting critical data and processes to a third-party provider.
ISAE 3402
ISAE 3402 is the international standard (issued by the IAASB) equivalent to SSAE 18, used for assurance over a service organization's controls outside the US regulatory context. In practice the two standards are almost always reported within the same audit, allowing a provider to demonstrate compliance to both American and international clients through a single verification process.
OAD FCT · Self-regulatory organisation for fiduciaries of Canton Ticino
The OAD FCT is an association established in 1999 that provides guidance and supervision to Ticino fiduciaries under the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), operating under recognition by the federal supervisory authority. For a financial intermediary or fiduciary not subject to direct FINMA licensing, membership in a self-regulatory organisation is the supervisory route prescribed by Swiss law.
Unlike the other entries here, OAD FCT membership does not derive from a voluntary audit of a management system, but from belonging to a Swiss anti-money-laundering supervisory body recognised by the competent federal authority.
