This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on htlcnetwork.com. It supplements the Privacy Policy, which identifies the controller and describes your rights.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by the browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. They can be strictly necessary for the website to function, or optional, for example to measure traffic or support advertising.
2. Cookies and storage used on this website
The website stores one strictly necessary item, which records your cookie choice. Everything else is optional and is stored only after you select "Accept all" on the cookie banner. No cookies are used for advertising. The contact form is the website's own: it does not set cookies, and its content is sent to HubSpot by the website's server, not by your browser. The HubSpot tracking code is not installed.

Traffic measurement. Where you consent, the website loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, the source of the visit and the path from a button to the contact form. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Statistics data is kept for 14 months and is not used for advertising. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks. If you select "Necessary only", none of these scripts are loaded and none of this storage is used.

3. Legal basis
Strictly necessary storage is used on the basis of HTLC Network's legitimate interest in providing a functioning and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and in accordance with Art. 45c of the Swiss Telecommunications Act. Optional cookies and storage are used only with your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Managing and refusing cookies
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer of each page. If you withdraw consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted and no longer set.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may affect how parts of the website work. Instructions are available from your browser provider's help pages.
5. External websites
Links to group company websites, the GSI2 platform and other external sites lead to pages governed by their own cookie policies.
6. Contact and changes
